Terms & Conditions

Tekzorio is retail, repair, inventory, billing and accounting software offered on subscription to businesses (each a “Workspace”). Staff use it under their Workspace's account. Customers of a Workspace may use public pages such as repair status lookup and payment links issued by that Workspace.

• Keep your password confidential and tell us at once about any unauthorised use.
• Your Workspace owner or administrator controls your role, branch access and permissions, and can remove your access.
• You must be at least 18 years old. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

You agree not to: send spam or unsolicited messages; break SMS (including DLT), WhatsApp or email provider rules; sell stolen, blacklisted or counterfeit devices; upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content; attempt to access data you are not permitted to see; or reverse engineer, resell or overload the Service.

The Workspace is responsible for the accuracy of the records it keeps, for obtaining the consents needed to message its customers, and for the content it sends through the Service.

GST, e-invoicing and accounting features are tools to support your bookkeeping. They do not replace professional tax or legal advice; you remain responsible for the returns and documents you file.

Subscription fees, add-ons and usage-based charges are billed to the Workspace as shown on the pricing page or in the application. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated. Trials convert to a paid plan only when you choose one. Unpaid amounts may lead to read-only access and then suspension, but your data is never deleted because a payment failed. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Workspace owns the business data it stores, including its catalogue, stock, customers, job cards and invoices. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, back up and secure it in order to provide the Service. You can export your data while your account is active. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

When a Workspace collects money from its customers through a connected payment gateway (for example Razorpay or Cashfree), that payment is made to the Workspace, not to Softurecs AI Labs Private Limited. The gateway's own terms apply and card details are entered only on the gateway's pages.

We aim for high availability, but the Service may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice and will not remove core record-keeping functions from a plan during a paid period.

Tekzorio, its software, design and trademarks belong to Softurecs AI Labs Private Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your Workspace's business. White-label branding you upload remains yours.

Payment gateways, SMS and WhatsApp providers, email delivery, domain and certificate services are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or content.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Softurecs AI Labs Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the Workspace for the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or non-payment. Provisions that by their nature should survive (fees owed, data, liability) survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
