Privacy Policy

Tekzorio is a business tool. The shop or business you work for or buy from (the “Workspace”) controls the business data stored in it, and Softurecs AI Labs Private Limited processes that data on the Workspace's behalf. For account and billing data of Workspace owners, we are the controller.

• Account details: name, work email, mobile number, role and password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Business records: products, stock, IMEI and serial numbers, suppliers, customers, job cards, estimates, invoices, payments and accounting entries that a Workspace creates.
• Customer details held by a Workspace: name, phone, email, address, GSTIN, device details and repair photos the shop records.
• Communications: SMS, WhatsApp and email messages sent through the Workspace's configured channels, and delivery status.
• Device and usage data: browser, IP address, sign-in times and diagnostic logs needed to keep the Service secure and working.

• To provide the Service: sign you in, run sales, repairs and inventory, generate invoices and reports.
• To send notifications the Workspace configures, such as estimate approvals, pickup OTPs and payment receipts.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and investigate problems, including maintaining audit logs.
• To bill the Workspace for its subscription and usage.
• To comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Data is shared only with: (a) the Workspace and its staff according to their roles and branch permissions; (b) service providers that operate parts of the Service under contract, such as cloud hosting, payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree), SMS (MSG91), WhatsApp Business and email delivery; and (c) authorities when legally required. Card details are entered on the payment gateway's own page and never touch our servers.

Account data is kept while the account is active. Business records are kept for as long as the Workspace keeps them. Invoices, payments, ledgers and audit logs may be retained for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires (up to 8 years). Backups are rotated within 35 days. When an account is deleted we remove or anonymise personal data within 30 days, except records that must be kept by law.

• You can view and update your profile from your account settings.
• You can ask us to access, correct, export or erase your personal data by writing to info@softurecsailabs.com. Where a Workspace controls the data, we forward your request to it.
• You can delete your account by following the steps on the Delete Account page.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Every Workspace is isolated at the database level, access is controlled by role-based permissions, and sensitive actions are recorded in an immutable audit log. No system is perfectly secure; tell us immediately at info@softurecsailabs.com if you suspect a problem.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure your session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The Service is for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We will post updates on this page and, for material changes, notify Workspace owners in the application or by email.
