Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every plan starts with a free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and nothing is billed unless you choose a paid plan.

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual). You can cancel at any time from billing settings or by writing to us; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.

Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, except where required by law or where the Service was unavailable for more than 5 consecutive days because of a fault on our side. In that case we refund the unused portion on request.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, after checking that your branches and staff fit the new plan's limits.

If a renewal payment fails, your Workspace moves through a grace period and then to read-only access. Your data is never deleted because a payment failed, and full access returns as soon as the invoice is paid.

If you are charged twice, or charged but the plan or add-on was not applied, contact us within 7 days with the payment reference. After verification we apply the missing item or refund the duplicate amount to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Payments that customers make to a shop through Tekzorio (for example a repair invoice payment link) are payments to that shop, not to Softurecs AI Labs Private Limited. Refunds for those are governed by the shop's own policy; please contact the shop directly.
