Questions about pricing

Are prices inclusive of GST?

No. Prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.

What happens when the trial ends?

We email you an invoice a few days before the trial ends. Pay it to continue; if you don't, owners keep read-only access after a short grace period and nothing is deleted.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period, once your branches and staff fit the new plan.

Can I add more branches, staff or messages without upgrading?

Add-ons let you raise individual limits on your current plan. Contact us and we'll set it up.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
